If you are having trouble with logging into ChristianityToday.com, please try the following:
Reset your password
You can reset your password under the 'Profile' tab at My Account, or click 'Log in' at the top right when you are on our site. Click 'I forgot my password':
Enter your email and click 'Restore':
You will receive a password reset email that includes a link that allows you to create or reset your password. This email is time-sensitive but you can always resend it if it expires.
Disable Ad-blockers and extensions
Please make sure you have no ad blockers anti-tracking extensions enabled in the browser. If you do have ad blockers or anti-tracking extensions, you will need to disable them specifically for id.christianitytoday.com, piano.io and Tinypass.com which are our tech partners used for user authentication during the login process. We have found that certain extensions may block your ability to login.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies
Go to www.ChristianityToday.com and do the following:
1. Click on the drop-down in the top right of the page
2. Click 'log out'
3. Go to your web browser settings and clear the browser history + cache
4. Log back in
Try using a different browser
Sometimes switching to a different web browser can resolve site access issues.
