To cancel your Christianity Today membership, first go to 'My Account':
Click the 'Manage' button next to your membership information. If your membership is on auto-renewal, simply click 'Disable auto renew' and you will not be billed again. Your membership will expire at the end of your current payment term.
NOTE: If you don’t see the 'Disable auto-renew' option, don’t worry! This is a known technical issue affecting some users. Just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of it for you right away.
