To cancel your Christianity Today membership, first go to 'My Account':
Click the 'Manage' button next to your membership information. If your membership is on auto-renewal, simply click 'Disable auto renew' and you will not be billed again. Your membership will expire at the end of your current payment term.
If you recently purchased your membership and it is still eligible for a refund, you will see an option to 'cancel and refund subscription'. This option will not show in the drop-down menu if you are outside of the refund window. You can view our refund policy here.
