When you place an order, the order confirmation email you receive after ordering includes a link to download your resource. It is a link next to each downloadable product in the email that says "Download Files". Simply click on that, and your resource will begin to download.
You can also access your order status via your Small Groups store account. Once logged in, a list of your orders can be found under 'All Orders':
Hit the 'Download File' button to re-download and your resource will begin to download. If it is a physical item, instead of the Download Link it will show the tracking # and mail carrier if it has shipped and also show your order status.
