You can update the credit card for your SmallGroups.com membership through My Account. After logging in, go to the Memberships tab and on the dropdown menu under 'Manage', click 'Update renewal payment method'.
You can then choose which card to use for your renewal payment, or add a new card:
You can also see and manage your credit card information under the Payment tab, and can set your default payment type there:
