How can I check on the status of my order?

If you want to check on the status of your order, retrieve the tracking number, or re-download a resource, you can do this by clicking the link to your order status found in the confirmation email you received at the time of your order.

You can also access your order status via the Store Purchases tab in My Account. Once logged in to the SmallGroups.com store, a list of your orders can be found under 'All Orders':

Hit the 'Download File' button to re-download and your resource will begin to download. If it is a physical item, instead of the Download Link it will show the tracking # and mail carrier if it has shipped and also show your order status.

If you are are still running into trouble, don't hesitate to contact us and we can look up the status or email you the resource as soon as possible.
