Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a password so I can access ChristianityToday.com?

If you subscribed for a print & digital subscription, you have online access with your subscription that includes unlimited access to ChristianityToday.com with 60+ years of searchable archives and access to Books & Culture, Leadership Journal, Christian History, and The Behemoth archives. If you subscribed through a third-party website, your subscription is print-only, but you can upgrade to include digital access here. If you subscribe online, you will receive an email immediately to set up your password.

If you are not sure what your password is to ChristianityToday.com, you can create your password, through the password reset process.  You will receive a password reset email that includes a link that allows you to create or reset your password. This email is time-sensitive but you can always resend it if it expires.

If you have never added your email to your subscription, you can add your email and activate your online access here in the "Activate My Subscription" section. You can also locate it in My Account on the "My Subscriptions" tab. You will want to add your account # that is on your magazine label (example: TDY123456789). Then it will prompt you to add your email and set up a password.
