I have not received my resource in the mail yet.

If you are trying to check on the shipment status of your order, you can check your order status here after logging in. Once logged in, all of your orders will display with the order in status in white with a gray background.

If you click on the order # for any of the orders, you can see more order details including your tracking # if your order has shipped to help track it down.

If your order is a digital resource, you can also download your resource from this Order details page. Simply click on the down blue arrow over the product image. You can find further instructions on how to download your resource here.

You may contact our Customer Support team through the contact us form or call 877-247-4787 to check the status of your shipment or have your order reshipped.
